Making Waves-A Big Hit!

We had our first event on Thursday and it was fantastic!

Thank you to everyone who came, enjoyed the zine, and performed! I'll be getting the scans of the zine so they'll be on the blog soon!

There will not be any more Zine meetings this semester, but stay tuned for meeting times starting in January.

Our Zine Kick-Off Party!

We're having a party to celebrate our first published zine!

A kick-off party will take place on November 19th at Jazzman's in the CSU. We will have live music and zines available to all who attend. We'll have it from 2pm- 6pm with the following performers:

Making Waves: A Feminist Collective Welcome!

Hey Everyone! Thanks for checking out the blogspot. The RSO, making waves, is a new feminist organization on the MSU-Mankato campus to provide students a platform to address issues such as sexism, racism, classism, and homophobia. We're going to be putting together an alternative publication, educate people on feminism, and have a big event!
